MY Chiropractic provides diversified chiropractic care utilizing manual and/or activator techniques with extensive muscle work including myofascial release and trigger point therapy. Both doctors are also board certified chiropractic acupuncturists. We treat patients of all ages in a trusting and healing environment. The highest compliment our patients can give is the referral of their family and friends! 

Chiropractic is able to influence one’s entire health through influencing the nervous system which controls every bodily function. I like to educate and encourage patients through nutritional wellness and exercise. The main conditions I treat are low back, neck and shoulder pain, headaches, and various muscle pains.  My favorite advancement in the last couple of years has come in digital x-ray because it allows us to diagnose patients easier and more accurately. I value influencing the lives of other people for the better.

Chiropractic, to me, is the promotion of health. Chiropractic adjustments help restore the body's normal biomechanics, which reduces stress on the nervous system. The nervous system controls all that our body is capable of! Chiropractors recognize that multiple types of stress contribute to disease. The goal is to eliminate as much stress as possible so the body can function at its highest potential. It's my goal to look at underlying issues, not just treat the surface symptoms. I love treating all patients! Some of my educational and clinical experiences were specialized towards pediatrics, women's health, and sports-related injuries. I also enjoy utilizing acupuncture and cupping therapy, along with other modalities, to compliment my adjustments. Thorough histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tools are relied on for a proper diagnosis and individualized treatment plans. I value the feedback my patients give me!
